Philadelphians are riding SEPTA 24 hours straight hoping to improve it

A crowd of Philadelphia transit riders, community advocates and elected officials chanted these words over and over again outside of City Hall on Tuesday morning. The group is pulling a bold stunt — riding SEPTA transit for 24 hours straight in an attempt to thwart budget cuts and fare increases.
